What's included

The Yoga Retreat in Druskininkai includes all daily activities, vegetarian meals, and accommodation (shared and single). With over 4 hours of daily yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practice, you'll embark on a deep exploration of your body, mind, and spirit.

We have reserved Villa Rata in Druskininkai, a serene and tranquil setting, to provide comfortable accommodations and delicious, healthy meals for all participants. During the daytime, you will have ample opportunities to relax, rest, or explore the beautiful town and its surrounding forests.

Accommodation

You will be staying at Villa Rata, right by the enchanting town of Druskininkai, nestled in a unique natural corner next to the river Ratnyčia. All rooms are clean and comfortable with an attached bathroom, 4G internet and towels. See the retreat site.

Food

Every day attendees will be provided with home-cooked vegetarian meals, along with morning and evening tea and beverages.

What to bring

Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, water bottle, swimming suit (for the hot bath) and any personal items you may need during your stay.
